At Hutchinson & Dibley, we specialize in the fields of both prototype and production engineering. Our flexible resources allow us to deal with diverse volume production operations. We are also able to provide for the design and manufacture of prototype special purpose machines for clients who require this service.
In addition we have a fully portable welding and cutting facility. We are one of few companies able to offer on-site TIG welding of Aluminium using the latest microprocessor controlled inverter technology.
We also have comprehensive working experience of "difficult" materials including metals such as Inconel and Monel, and plastics such as PTFE. We can accept DXF and IGES files via modem, either by direct link or as an E-mail attachment, and we utilise Bridgeport EZ-FeatureMill CADCAM and Vipterm DNC software.
